As you and your companions investigate mysterious disappearances, you find yourselves entering a strange and acursed kingdom forgotten by time itself. Few who go outside in the late hours are seen again, creating such a panic that Duke Carlile, current ruler of the town of Blackstone, has begun to hire adventurers from all over the continent, attracting them with the promise of a fortune in exchange for dealing with this supernatural issue. As rather down on your luck adventurers, you have decided to take the duke's offer, believing that this quest will bring you great notoriety, unfortunatelly, what you find is much worse than you could have imagined. The strange mists surrounding the town were in fact a gateway to a cursed kingdom, forgotten even by time itself, it wanders through the emptiness in between worlds, seeking more souls to devour. Survival is your only quest now. Using the Old-School Essentials system by Gavin Norman, along with some houserules, this campaign will put you and your party through quite the ordeal, will you survive and conquer these dark lands or shall you join the forsaken souls in the March of the Dead for the rest of eternity? Character creation and houserules will be explained in full during session 0. LGBTQ+ inclusive. The game will be run using a mix of new and old content for the Ravenloft setting, hopping to bring a new experience to those already familiar with the adventure, but also create a more interesting world for new players to explore. Sessions will last around 4 hours (depending on circumstances), with a healthy mix of combat and roleplaying, though, due to the nature of OSE, rolaplaying will take a more direct role when it comes to interactions as the amount of available "skills" is rather limited. The game is open to all ages and experience levels, with the difficulty being set relative to the party.
