About

Hi, I’m Craig. I’ve been playing tabletop RPGs for years, across a range of systems, campaigns, and table styles, and I’m especially drawn to the roleplaying, storytelling, and worldbuilding side of the hobby. As a GM, my focus is always the player experience. I want your character to feel like they belong in the world, that their choices matter, and that their victories, mistakes, fears, jokes, backstory details, and throwaway roleplay moments can all become part of the living story. Some of my favourite moments behind the screen come from taking something unexpected a player says or does and weaving it into the wider narrative. My games tend to be character-led, cinematic, and reactive. I enjoy building worlds with strong atmosphere, strange mysteries, recurring NPCs, moral pressure, danger, humour, and consequences. I like players to feel challenged, but not punished; supported, but not railroaded. Combat matters, but so do investigation, social choices, exploration, and the emotional beats that make a campaign memorable. For me, GMing is a creative outlet and a shared act of storytelling. I bring the world, the structure, and the complications. You bring the character, the choices, and the chaos. The best campaigns happen somewhere in between.

Gaming Style

My GM style is built around big worlds, character-driven stories, and the feeling that the table is discovering something together. I love running campaigns with a strong sense of place: large-scale settings full of history, factions, mysteries, strange locations, political tensions, and consequences waiting to be uncovered. I like players to feel that the world exists beyond the edge of the map, but that their choices can meaningfully change what happens within it. My stories usually unfold through exploration, investigation, roleplay, and the decisions the party makes along the way. I enjoy planting mysteries and letting players pull at the threads until the wider truth starts to reveal itself. Backstories matter at my table, not as static lore, but as living material that can return, evolve, complicate the present, and make characters feel central to the campaign. I aim for a mix of cinematic drama, meaningful choices, danger, humour, and emotional payoff. Combat has stakes, but it is rarely just combat for its own sake; it should reveal character, shift the story, or make the world feel dangerous and alive. I also fully believe in the sacred art of silly voices. Expect serious worldbuilding, dramatic reveals, strange NPCs, occasional chaos, and at least one voice that escapes my control and becomes canon forever.

Game experience

I have been playing tabletop RPGs for several years across different systems, campaigns, and table styles. I enjoy both sides of the screen, but I am especially drawn to roleplay-heavy games, collaborative storytelling, character development, and immersive worldbuilding. As a player and GM, I love the moments where character choices, unexpected decisions, and shared table energy turn into memorable stories that no one could have planned alone.
